How Kemp Advisory Group collects, uses, and protects information.

Version 1.0Effective October 2, 2026

Summary

Kemp Advisory Group LLC (“KAG”) collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, process payments, and send communications you request. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, organization, email, phone, project details, and other information you submit through contact, quote, booking, or purchase-card inquiry forms, by email, or during an engagement.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. KAG receives payment confirmations, billing name and address, and the last four digits of a card, but never full card numbers.

Scheduling and newsletter: appointments are scheduled through Calendly, and newsletter subscriptions are managed through Kit. These providers collect the information you enter on their forms under their own privacy policies.

Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance. This website does not use advertising trackers.

2. How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries and prepare quotes; deliver, schedule, and support services; process payments, invoices, and refunds; maintain business, tax, and dispute records; send newsletters you subscribe to (you may unsubscribe at any time); and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as Stripe, Calendly, Kit, our email and hosting providers), with government agencies or platforms when you ask us to submit or register something on your behalf, when required by law, or with your consent.

If you apply for financial assistance, you apply directly to Cornerstone Clay Community Development Corporation, which handles your application under its own policies.

4. Records and Retention

We keep engagement and transaction records — such as receipts, invoices, the version and date of terms accepted, project correspondence, delivery records, and approvals — for as long as needed for the engagement and to meet tax, legal, and dispute-resolution requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.

5. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect information. Please do not send Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or passwords by email or web form; we will arrange a secure method if sensitive information is required for a service.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep, by emailing meshayla@kempadvisory.com. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message.

7. Children

Our services and website are intended for adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page.
