Meshayla Kemp, Founder & Managing Principal

Meshayla holds an MBA and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology, a pairing that connects organizational strategy with how people learn. She is a Texas-certified educator who has taught grades 4 to 12, and she has more than ten years of experience across K-12, higher education, healthcare, corporate, government and utility work.

She founded Kemp Advisory Group in 2026 to bring enterprise-level change management and learning to government agencies, nonprofits, community institutions and growing companies that are often underserved by the consulting industry.

We build learning ecosystems, strengthen workforce readiness, and help organizations navigate change with confidence.
