The Foundation

Meshayla Kemp holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Education in Educational Technology — a rare combination that bridges organizational strategy with the science of how people learn. With over a decade of cross-sector experience, she has built a reputation for designing systems that create lasting change, not just temporary compliance.

Field Experience

Her work spans K–12 and higher education curriculum design, healthcare onboarding and compliance programs, corporate organizational change, government workforce strategy, technology company digital transformation, and — as a deep area of specialization — the utility sector. For utility clients, Meshayla has led full-cycle organizational change management initiatives including enterprise platform migrations, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance mitigation at every level of the organization. She has simultaneously designed and delivered LMS-based compliance training, safety programs, and technical onboarding tailored specifically to the utility workforce — from the field to the control room.

The Milestone That Defines Her Standard

Her signature achievement is a statewide workforce certification program designed from the ground up for the State of Michigan — complete with LMS-based courses, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and full compliance documentation. Delivered as a contractor with Six Red Marbles, the program was approved by the State of Michigan on its first submission — no revisions. That is the standard she brings to every KAG engagement.

The Mission

In 2026, Meshayla founded Kemp Advisory Group with a clear mandate: to deliver enterprise-level consulting to the organizations that need it most — government agencies, nonprofits, community institutions, and growing enterprises — with the same precision and professionalism that Fortune-level firms receive. As a Black woman entrepreneur rooted in East Texas, she brings both the expertise and the lived understanding to serve communities that have historically been underserved by the consulting industry.

AI for Educators · Coming Soon

AI should give educators time back—not more to manage.

Practical strategies for using AI to plan, create, communicate, differentiate, and work more efficiently—without giving up the professional judgment that makes good teaching good.

The Philosophy

AI Assists. You Decide.

AI is a capable assistant, not a replacement for the educator. It can draft, organize, and suggest in seconds—but you know your students, your standards, and your classroom. The goal is never to hand over your teaching. It’s to hand off the busywork, so your time and energy go where they matter most.

AI drafts. You refine.Start from a solid first draft instead of a blank page—then shape it to fit your learners.
AI suggests. You judge.Every output gets checked for accuracy, fairness, and fit before it reaches a student.
AI saves time. You reinvest it.Hours back from routine tasks become time for students, colleagues, and your own life.
